Challenge: An arm with a longer reach than the capabilities of most of our catalog items was required for proper viewing of the monitor by the medical staff. The same arm also holds a camera on another platform of the system.
Solution: Die-cast components were replaced with fabricated metal components which could be customized to the appropriate length, hitting both vertical and horizontal reach requirements.
